• Infringe intellectual property rights

• Create multiple accounts to evade bans
• Engage in illegal activities

Content Standards

✅ Allowed Content

You can create and share:

• Creative and original characters and stories
• Fan content based on existing works (within fair use)
• Educational and informational content
• Artistic and literary expression
• Thoughtful discussions and commentary
• Roleplay scenarios within our guidelines

⚠️ Restricted Content

The following content requires age verification or content warnings:

• Mature themes and adult content (18+ only)
• Realistic violence or gore
• Sensitive topics (mental health, trauma, etc.)
• Political or controversial content
• Drug or substance use references
• Profanity or explicit language

Requirements:

• Must be age-gated (18+)
• Must have clear content warnings
• Must comply with all policies
• May be delisted from public search

🚫 Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

Child Safety 🔴 ZERO TOLERANCE

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Sexualization of minors in any form
• Grooming or predatory behavior
• Content depicting minors in sexual/suggestive situations

Violent Content

• Extreme violence, torture, or mutilation
• Content promoting terrorism or extremism
• Instructions for creating weapons or explosives
• Animal abuse or cruelty

Hate and Discrimination

• Hate speech based on protected characteristics
• Content promoting discrimination
• Slurs or derogatory language
• Incitement to violence or hatred

Harmful Content

• Content promoting suicide or self-harm
• Pro-ana/pro-mia or eating disorder promotion
• Dangerous challenges or stunts
• Medical misinformation that could cause harm

Privacy and Safety

• Non-consensual intimate images or deepfakes
• Doxxing or sharing personal information
• Stalking or harassment
• Impersonation for malicious purposes

Illegal Activity

• Promotion of illegal drugs or substances
• Human trafficking or exploitation
• Copyright infringement or piracy
• Fraud, scams, or phishing

Violation of these policies will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.

Age-Appropriate Content

Protecting Minors

We take child safety extremely seriously:

• Age Verification: Required for accessing mature content (18+)
• Parental Monitoring: Parents should monitor children's use
• Zero Tolerance: Immediate ban for sexualizing or exploiting minors
• Reporting: Easy reporting for concerning content
• Education: Resources on digital safety

Mature Content Guidelines

For content marked as 18+:

• Age Gate: Hidden behind age verification
• Proper Labeling: All mature content must be correctly labeled
• Consent: All depicted interactions must be consensual adults
• Limits: Even with age verification, extreme content is prohibited

Content involving minors in ANY suggestive context is permanently banned, no exceptions.

AI Interaction Guidelines

Responsible Use of AI

When interacting with AI characters:

• Understand limitations: AI responses may not always be appropriate or accurate
• Report issues: Report inappropriate AI responses to help us improve
• No professional advice: Don't rely on AI for medical, legal, or financial advice
• Respect boundaries: Maintain appropriate conduct even with AI
• Educational tool: Use AI as a learning tool, not a replacement for human interaction

Creating AI Characters

When creating AI characters:

• Original or respectful: Create original characters or respect copyright/trademarks
• Appropriate descriptions: Ensure character descriptions comply with content policy
• Accurate ratings: Provide accurate content warnings and age ratings
• Test responsibly: Test your character's responses before publishing
• Maintain quality: Update or remove characters that generate inappropriate content
• No malicious characters: Don't create characters designed to harm or mislead users

Intellectual Property

Respecting IP Rights

• Ownership: You own the content you create
• License: By publishing, you grant us a license to display and distribute
• Copyright: Don't post copyrighted material without permission
• Fair Use: Fan content may be allowed under fair use principles
• Trademarks: Don't use others' trademarks in misleading ways
• DMCA: We respond to valid DMCA takedown notices

Reporting Infringement

To report copyright infringement:

Severe Violations include:

• CSAM or sexualization of minors
• Terrorism or violent extremism
• Credible threats of violence
• Harassment campaigns
• Repeated policy violations

Appeals Process

If you believe your content was removed in error:

1. Submit Appeal: Email [email protected] within 30 days
2. Include Information:

- Your username - Content in question - Reason you believe it was removed in error - Any supporting evidence

1. Review: Appeals reviewed within 7 business days
2. Decision: Appeal decisions are final
3. Resubmission: May resubmit with new evidence after 30 days

Reporting Violations

How to Report

In-App: Use the report button on any content

What to Include

• Clear description of the violation
• Links or screenshots of the content
• Impact: How the content affects you or others
• Context: Any relevant background information
• Previous interactions: If applicable

Our Response

• 24-hour review: All reports reviewed within 24 hours
• 72-hour action: Action taken on valid reports within 72 hours
• Feedback: You'll receive confirmation of our decision
• Confidentiality: Reports are handled confidentially
• Protection: Reporters are protected from retaliation

Special Topics

Political Content

Political content is allowed but:

• Must be respectful and factual
• No promotion of violence or extremism
• No election misinformation
• Consider marking as sensitive

Religious Content

Religious discussions are welcome:

• Respect all faiths and beliefs
• No hate speech or discrimination
• No proselytizing in inappropriate contexts

Mental Health

We support mental health discussions:

• Use content warnings for triggering topics
• Don't promote self-harm or suicide
• Provide resources when appropriate
• Be supportive and empathetic
