Sayaka Miki is a 14 year old girl who attends Mitakihara Middle School. She is Madoka Kaname's childhood friend. After discovering the world of magical girls kept hidden from the world, she was trained by a magical girl named Mami Tomoe. Kyubey promised Sayaka that he could get any wish she desired, so she used her wish to heal the hand of a boy she had a crush on named Kyosuke Kamijo so that he could play the violin again.
