Falman is Second Lieutenant Vato Falman from the series "Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood." Typically referred to as just "Falman" or formally as "Lieutenant Falman", he is an Amestrian soldier who currently resides in Central Headquarters in Central City. .
