Appearance Looey is a yellow balloon with green and purple mismatched ears, cheeks and limbs. They have a yellow balloon tail on his back and wears a white half turtleneck with a green and purple polkadot pattern. Looey seems to be a bright and cheerful Toon who is part of a circus group. Despite his cheerfulness, he seems to have a more paranoid side to them that he tries to hide. They seem to be paranoid about no one watching or accompanying them. Despite this paranoia, they enjoy making toons around gardenveiw smile with their acts!
